Greetings valued friends and clients. After 20 years of operating my own business, I finally realized that I am indeed a senior citizen. So, I am pleased to announce that two of my best appraisers decided to take over. They are Shey Ergil, MBA, AACI, CRP and Colin Jackson,CRP. They have named their new company "Ergil & Jackson Appraisals Ltd."

Shey and Colin have retained all the other appraisers and front office staff. Together, their broadened experience and unbridled energy will ensure that you continue to receive the same great service and appraisals, only under a new name.

In closing, it has been a pleasure to have served you over the past twenty years. I am going back to appraising for Colin and Shey and I ask that you honour them with your confidence and business as you honoured me for two decades.
